Chazanut : Tears & joy with Cantor Avi Schwartz & friends
You will get pleasure from the stunningly beautiful voice of Cantor Avi Schwartz, contemporary Chazzan at New York’s magnificent Park Avenue Synagogue. Also enjoy music from others, as we take a tour through the Jewish calendar and listen to tunes old and new from Shabbat, Yom Kippur, Chanukah, Pesach, etc. Watch out for cameo appearances from Pope Francis and President Obama.
Preceded by our Shabbat service & Chavurah lunch. Please bring non-meat dish to share.
Whilst you’re listening, enjoy sipping some especially selected wine.
