The date for the 2026 Special General Meeting for The Leo Baeck Centre for Progressive Judaism is TBC in 2026 from 3:00pm. It will be held at LBC and also accessible via Zoom.

Agenda
The ordinary business of the special general meeting is as follows—
(1) Resolve to approve amendments to the Rules of the Association as approved by the Committee of Management.
The material changes to the Rules allow:
- Non-Jewish members to
- nominate for the Committee of Management
- hold voting rights at general meetings
- Condition for Committee of Management nomination be two years of membership
- Voting rights to be suspended for failing to comply with Rules

Assigning a Proxy:
If you cannot attend the Annual General Meeting, please consider assigning a proxy to represent you. The Form of Appointment of Proxy can be found here: Proxy-form. The proxy form should be received by the Honorary Secretary via office@lbc.org.au three days prior to the Annual General Meeting, which is by 2:59pm on Thursday, 7 January, or given to the Chairperson of the meeting before or at the commencement of the meeting.
